Library cards are issued to Creek County residents, aged 6 and older.
If under 18 years old, a parent must be present to apply for the card.
Adults 18 and older must present their ID.
Books may be checked out for two weeks and can be renewed for an additional two weeks if not reserved by another patron. Fines for overdue books are 5 cents per day.
A maximum of three video items (DVDs and VHS) can be checked per household, for one week with a one week renewal option. Fines for overdue videos are 50 cents per day. For more information, see our Video Lending Policy.
Library patrons may borrow books that the library does not own through interlibrary loan. See Interlibrary Loan Policy.

The Kellyville Public Library meeting room may be reserved for local meetings and is available on a first come, first served basis. The room holds approximately six to eight people.

The library’s computers are available first come, first served. In one-hour time slots, for up to two hours per day, for those who have a Kellyville Public Library card.
