Library cards are issued to Creek County residents, aged 6 and older. If under 18 years old, a parent must be present to apply for the card. Adults 18 and older must present their ID.

The library has four public internet access computers available on a first come, first served bases, in one-hour time slots, for up to two hours per day, for those who have a Kellyville Public Library card.
Yes. The library meeting room may be reserved for local meetings and is available on a first come, first served basis. The room holds approximately six to eight people.
