Mission and Purpose
The Kellyville Public Library provides access to materials and services in a variety of formats to meet the informational and recreational needs of the community. The Kellyville Public Library values the dignity of individual beliefs and promotes the literacy and the empowerment of individuals through lifelong learning.
It is the purpose of the Kellyville Public Library to provide current, high demand, high interest materials in a variety of formats for persons of all ages. The Kellyville Public Library actively promotes and encourages the use of the collection.

The Kellyville Public Library has partnered with the following local organizations to increase health literacy in our community:
Creek County Health Department
The County Health Department offers a variety of services, such as immunizations, family planning, maternity education, well-baby clinics, adolescent health clinics, hearing and speech services, child developmental services, environmental health, and the SoonerStart program.
Creek County OSU Extension Service Office
The Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service provides research-based information to help improve the quality of life for all Oklahomans. Information topics include health, food, nutrition, growing your own food, and more. There is an extension office in each county.
St John’s Hospital – Sapulpa
This 25-bed, non-profit hospital offers full-service primary care as well as gastroenterology, general surgery, ophthalmology and podiatry.
